Baker & Finnemore Acquired by Titgemeyer Group
UK-based manufacturer Baker & Finnemore was acquired by German company Titgemeyer Group, the Insider reports.
Titgemeyer Group designs and manufactures fastening technology and commercial vehicle components. The group employs approximately 500 workers at twelve branches in Germany and at its subsidiaries and partner firms in Europe and Asia. Web: titgemeyer.de
The acquisition increases the group’s UK presence and “reflects vertical integration up the critical supply chain,” the group said.
