Brighton-Best International completed two acquisitions in recent weeks.

BBI acquired Australia-based Koala Nails. The deal “bring(s) onboard a new level of expertise into the construction fastener industry, both for Australia and for the USA,” BBI stated.

BBI also acquired Ironclad Performance Wear Corp. through an asset auction. BBI won the October 30 auction with a $25.5 million bid approved by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
