B/E Aerospace Lands Second Multi-Million Fastener Contract
B/E Aerospace has signed a substantial agreement to provide aerospace fasteners and consumables and logistical services for AgustaWestland’s global operations. The majority of the award represents market share gains, the company stated.
The agreement runs through December 2018 and is initially valued at approximately $200 million.
B/E Aerospace will supply AgustaWestland with aerospace fasteners and hardware as well as a range of consumables. In addition, the company will provide logistical services such as point of use delivery, configured bin management, and kitting services.
“We are pleased to announce our new agreement with AgustaWestland, where we will become a key partner. This market share win highlights our continued focus on having the best and broadest portfolio of aerospace consumables and logistical services and further solidifies our position as the market leader,” stated B/E Aerospace CEO Amin J.
