Bolhoff’s Micheau Heads EIFI

Jean-Paul Micheau of B�lhoff Group was elected president of the European Industrial Fasteners Institute.\
Micheau succeeds Robert Lench. Lench had been president of the European manufacturers” organization since 1989 and was the third generation of his family in the fastener business at T.W. Lench Ltd.
Micheau is a member of the Bielefeld, Germanybased B�llhoff Group board. Founded in 1877, B�llhoff employs 2000 people around the world and reported 2005 sales totaling 400 million (US$506.1 m).
Micheau is in charge of international development with focus on Southern and Western Europe and China. He is the president of the B�llhoff branches in France, Italy, Spain and China. He has been president of the French fastener association Affix and active in EIFI for more than a decade. He has been responsible for EIFI”s Automotive Group.
Eric Fontana and Tillmann Fuchs are vice presidents.
