The Böllhoff Group acquired Gillis Aerospace, a French fastener manufacturer for the aerospace industry, for an undisclosed sum.
The Böllhoff Group had already acquired 40% of the shares in Gillis Aerospace in January 2020.

The acquisition enables Böllhoff to expand its product range for aerospace customers.
