Brighton-Best Acquires Panafast

Brighton-Best Socket Screw Mfg. Inc. acquired the assets of Miami-based Panafast LC.
Brighton-Best president Perry Rosenstein said the acquisition “will better prepare Brighton-Best for further anticipated growth in South America with the expected passage of �Fast-Track� NAFTA legislation.”
Panafast historically had a strong presence in Latin American and the new Panafast International will “dedicate its effort solely on increasing export sales to Latin America in conjunction with Brighton-Best�s three distribution centers in Mexico, Brazil and Argentina,” Rosenstein said.
Panafast was an affiliate of Pawtucket Screw.
