CGI Names Former Stanley Fastening Exec as CEO

The Chamberlain Group, Inc. (CGI), maker of LiftMaster and Chamberlain access control brands, appointed JoAnna Sohovich as CEO.

“We are very excited about the strategic expertise JoAnna will provide our company,” said Craig Duchossois, CEO of CGI parent company The Duchossois Group.

Recently Sohovich served as Global President of the $1.6 billion STANLEY Engineered Fastening. 

As CEO of CGI, Sohovich will oversee the company’s global operations.

Stanley Black & Decker reported revenue for its Industrial segment, including results for its Engineered Fastening business, fell 5.2% to $1.94 billion in 2015, with profit down 3% to $339.9 million.
