Chicago Show Leads Columbus & Branson in Booth Counts
Of three North American fastener trade shows, the June Fastener Tech in Chicago has the most exhibitors thus far with more time to sell booths than the April National Industrial Fastener & Mill Supply/East in Columbus, OH, or the May All American Fastener Show in Branson, MO.
• The June 13-15, 2011, Fastener Tech in Rosemont, IL has reached 100 booths, Mid-West Fastener Association executive director Nancy Rich announced.
Conferences and an opening reception are on Monday and the trade show is on Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday.

• NIFMSE/East lists 53 companies totaling 55 booths a month ahead of the April 26-27, 2011 trade show.
Last year NIFS/East had 70 companies totaling 74 booths making 2010 the record smallest East show. The first NIFS in 1981, which drew 90 companies totaling 103 booths to Columbus.

• The second All American show reports 52 booths booked for May 12-13, 2011.
Show organizer Heidi Volltrauer said exhibitors have free passes for their customers to boost distributor attendance.
