China Fastener Exports Up 44% in January

China exports of steel and copper fasteners in January rose 44.2% to 216,129 tons, while the export value climbed 52.3% to US$264.04 million, Xinhua News Agency reports.
During 2006 China exported 2.08 million tons of steel and copper fasteners valued at US$2.44 billion, after exporting 1.52 million tons of fasteners in 2005 valued at US$1.83 billion. \ �2007 FastenerNews.com
