Ramco Specialties Inc. consolidated multiple brands. Machining specialist Copa Tool merged with Ramco in 2018 and is now Ramco Michigan.

Ramco is investing $10 million in new manufacturing equipment, including large-diameter cold forming equipment and CNC machining centers. Ramco serves the Tier 1 automotive market.

“Our customers continue to request localized production to minimize supply chain risk,” president Rick Malson said. Ramco has transitioned from distribution to a domestic manufacturer, he added.
