Devadass joined Smart in 2019. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Leicester and an MBA from Durham University in the UK. He has held sales, marketing and managerial roles for international companies based in Europe and Asia.

Founder and former CEO Enrico Ghezzi takes a technical consultant role.
