Dionne New Permanent Technologies President
U.S. Navy Landing Craft, Air Cushion (LCAC)
Pierre Dionne is the new president and director of Permanent Technologies Inc., chairman Loren Ball announced. Dionne has 20 years experience as a principal and senior operating executive of industrial product and service companies supplying military and government customers and major corporations.
Permanent Technologies developed the TineLok vibration-proof fastening system.
“I believe TineLok has huge potential for industrial, commercial and consumer markets,” Dionne said. “My plan is to leverage our relationship with the U.S. Navy as well as my own government and industrial marketing experience to introduce TineLok to additional applications.
“The Navy has provided valuable input over the past year from which we plan on refining the TineLok fastener,” Dionne added. “We believe these refinements will put us in a position to help the Navy solve a decades-old maintenance problem with the LCAC Hovercraft skirt system.”
