DISC-LOCK Increasing Presence in Fastenal Stores

DISC-LOCK International hired Greg Bolduc as manager of its Fastenal account.

In this newly created position, Bolduc will be responsible for communicating with Fastenal store locations throughout the U.S, and will report to DISC-LOCK chairman Alistair.

“Greg brings over 20 years of industrial sales and management experience to our company,” stated McKinlay, Chairman of DISC-LOCK International. “Fastenal maintains over 2,300 store locations and Greg’s past experience, including managing the Fastenal account at a previous company, will be an asset to both DISC-LOCK and Fastenal as we increase our presence at their stores.”

“In addition to maintaining and generating new Fastenal store contacts, Greg will be demonstrating DISC-LOCK technology to the Fastenal stores with mini seminars and making certain our fastener product line is well understood by the Fastenal team,” said vice president Greg White. “In addition, he will continue to provide Disc-Lock products in smaller quantities (rather than large case lots) via the Bolt ‘n Lock website (boltnlock.com). This will assure that our customers will have quick access to Disc-Lock’s complete product line.”

DISC-LOCK’s goal is to continually develop awareness of the variety of DISC-LOCK fastener technology solutions at Fastenal’s vast store operations.

Bolduc and his wife reside in Western Michigan.

Founded in 1980, DISC-LOCK manufactures safety fastening solutions for transportation, industry and the military including trucks, trailers, buses and wind turbines and towers. DISC-LOCK, a minority-owned business, distributes to all 50 states in the U.S. and 31 countries, and is headquartered in Culver City, CA. Web: DISC-LOCK.com  ©2010 GlobalFastenerNews.com
