Distribution One, IST Software Providers Merge
Distribution One Inc., ERP software provider for wholesalers and distributors, announced a merger with Integrated Systems Technology.
IST has provided software solutions for distributors and manufacturers for 27 years.
The merger with IST is part of Burlington, NJ-based Distribution One’s strategy as a provider of ERP software for wholesalers and distributors. IST fastener and industrial market experience will be combined with Distribution One’s V2 software.
Distribution One specializes in distribution software, including V2 ERP, V2 Fastener, V2 Industrial and V2 Retail Fulfillment.
