EFC International signed a warehouse lease to increase space in a relocation of its Chicago office from approximately 34,000 square feet in nearby Bloomingdale, IL, to a 63,318 sq ft facility in nearby Hanover Park, the Chicago Daily Herald reports. The lease was for a term of 63 months, ending April 30, 2025.

Built in 1992 and situated on 3.58 acres, the new facility provides 24-foot clear heights, four docks, one drive-in door and 73 parking spaces.

Founded in 1983, St. Louis-based EFC supplies specialty engineered metal, plastic, cold-formed, spring steel stampings, electrical and assembled component parts to OEM and distribution markets.
