Endries International acquired Cleveland, OH-based Branam Fastening Systems Inc. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 1986 by Terry Delia, Branam supplies fasteners to OEM and distribution markets in the U.S. Operating under ISO9001 accreditation, Branam stocks 10,000 fastener items, as well as specializing in the stud welding product category. Web: BranamFastening.com
