Engineering Services Associate

Endries International is an ISO9001 accredited distributor of fasteners and related components.  Endries is seeking an for our established territory in the Midwest Region, based out of the Chicago area.  Ideal candidate would have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology or Manufacturing. Experience in the fastener industry is preferred.

Responsibilities will be working with our current customer base and prospective Original Equipment Manufacturers in areas of:

Assisting application, design and manufacturing engineers
Problem solving improvement ideas
Applying Lean principals to create efficiencies
Reducing cost through standardization, rationalization and other cost reduction programs
Introducing new products
