Boston equity firm Copley Equity Partners invested in AeroMed Group, LLC to facilitate the company’s acquisition of etaGLOBAL, LLC.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

AeroMed will used the funds to acquire Palestine, TX-based etaGLOBAL.  Founded in 1978, etaGLOBAL distributes fasteners, hardware, bearings, seals, tooling and other engineered products to aerospace & defense customers including Northrup Grumman, GE Aviation, BAE Systems, Raytheon and General Dynamics.  Web: etaglobal.com
