Europe’s Stapf Speaking at NFDA

Bernd Stapf, co-founder, secretary and treasurer of the European Fastener Distributors Association, will speak on “Distribution from Around the World”” at the National Fastener Distributors Association spring conference.
Stapf will talk about the fastener industry structure in Europe vis-�-vis the U.S., competitive opportunities and threats, and legislation – including RoHS.
Global business will be a theme of the March 29-April 2 meeting at the Silverado Resort in Napa, CA.
Keynoter William McCleave, PhD, will speak on “Our Changing Global Marketplace: Choices, Threats & Creating Strategic Options for Your Business Health.” In concurrent sessions David Wise of Sentry Insurance will speak on “Katrina’s Legacy – Warnings Ignored – Can You Hear Us Now? Business Preparedness as part of a Winning Strategy;” and Paul DeCoursey, Indianapolis Financial Group, speaking on “Preparing the Next Leader.” Linda Talley, of Leadership Coach, will speak on “Managing Yourself for Inner Peace.”
