Fastenal Names Interim CFO
Sheryl Lisowski
Fastenal announced in an SEC filing that CAO Sheryl Lisowski will serve in the additional role of interim CFO.
Lisowski, 48, has been the company’s controller and CAO since October 2013. Previously she served as controller – accounting operations from March 2007 to October 2013, and prior to that served in various accounting and finance roles since joining Fastenal in 1994.
Lisowski will fill the role vacated by longtime CFO Daniel Florness when he became CEO of Fastenal on January 1. Florness, 51, replaced Will Oberton. Web: fastenal.com
