Fastener Supply Holdings Relocating Headquarters

Fastener Supply Holdings purchased a 24,000 sq ft  building for $1.2 million and plans to relocate its headquarters there in January, the Mecklenburg Times reports.
The warehouse is located in south Charlotte, NC, is at 13410 South Ridge Drive. The company’s current facility is at 1340 Amble Drive.

“We worked with them looking at this building for three months,” Joey Godbold of Percival McGuire Commercial Real Estate told the Times. “This building was the right size for them, and it had the right ceiling height at 24 feet.”
