Fastener Tech Planning 2009 Event

After the inaugural Fastener Tech 07 participants are planning another trade show in late 2009. Show management announced rounded numbers of “over 1,000 fastener manufacturers, distributors and users” participating and total advance and onsite registration at “more than 1,500.”

There were 165 booths at the June 25-27, 2007, event at the Stephens Convention Center in suburban Chicago.

The three-day event included two days of exhibits, seven seminars, two conferences, a keynote breakfast, reception and other networking.

Show management declared the event a “success” and cited the low cost of exhibiting, the all-industry focus, heart-of-the-industry and participation by a variety of associations and publications.
Show management will be surveying exhibitors before finalizing the next event.
