The International Fastener Expo is seeking nominations for the 2020 IFE Hall of Fame and the Young Fastener Professionals awards.

The deadline for nominations is July 25, 2020.

Awards are scheduled to be presented during a Tuesday ceremony at the September 28-30, 2020, trade show in Las Vegas.

  • The IFE Hall of Fame recognizes industry leaders who have made lasting contributions to the fastener industry on national or global levels.  Inductees can include inventors, business leaders and educators.

First held in 1982, a total of 105 people have been inducted into the Hall of Fame.  Edward McIlhon of Assembled Products and Marty Nolan of R.L. English were inducted in 2019.  Web: FastenerShows.com/past-HoF-winners

  • The Young Fastener Professional award is for people age 40 and under with a record of integrity and respect in the industry.  The first YFP award was given in 2016.  Baron Wayne Yarborough, managing director of Spring Bolt & Nut Manufacturing, was named the 2019 Young Fastener Professional.  Web: FastenerShows.com/past-young-fastener-professional-award-winners
