Fire Destroys Millennium Fasteners Office

A fire destroyed the office of Millennium Fasteners in Leesburg, FL, according to the Orlando Sentinel. Fire officials say the blaze broke out around 10 p.m. on Feb. 27 and consumed the building.\ The fire is believed to have been sparked by an electrical problem. Most of Millennium�s inventory was stored in an adjacent metal building and was reportedly unharmed by the fire. In addition, firefighters retrieved the hard drive from the fastener distributor�s computer system. No injuries were reported.
Millennium carries a line of Millfast construction fasteners and has been an importer for 25 years.
