Gesipa’s Krone to Step Down as President

Gesipa Fasteners USA Inc. president Guy Krone announced the headquarters will move from New Jersey to North Carolina at the beginning of 2014.
Krone also announced he will step down as president at the end of 2013. He will stay on part-time as CHB during the transition to a new president to be named later this year.

Gesipa was established in Waldorf, Germany in 1955. Gesipa introduced the GAV automatic-feed blind riveting system in 1975.

Gesipa manufactures blind rivets and installation tools at five factories in the U.S., Germany and England.

In 2009 Gesipa became a subsidiary of global fastening systems manufacturer SFS Intec of Heerbrugg, Switzerland.
