Joe Greenslade will speak on �Effectively Dealing with Customer Complaints� at the Southwestern Fastener Association fall conference.
The autumn meeting will be October 3-6, 2002, at the El Dorado Hotel in Santa Fe, NM.\
The conference program also includes Don Noblit speaking on �Small Business Financial Planning.�
The conference is at the beginning of the International Hot Air Balloon Festival in Albuquerque, NM. There will be a Saturday morning festival tour.
