IFI Publishes 8th Edition of Fastener Standards
The Industrial Fasteners Institute published the 8th edition of its Inch Fastener Standards book.
In addition to the 1,147-page traditional print edition, the IFI offers a digital subscription for a computer.
Joe Greenslade, director of engineering technology, said more than 50% of the content is updated since the 7th edition and several new standards are added.
The Fastener Standards text is published for manufacturers, re-sellers and end-users to assure they are using the latest technical information in specifying and inspecting their mechanical fasteners.
