IFI Welcomes Award Nominations

The Industrial Fasteners Institute is inviting the industry to nominate individuals for contributions to fastener manufacturing.
The IFI introduced the awards this year with the first honorees being: Robert Brunner of Illinois Tool Works for leadership, Errol Alexander of General Motors for technology and Harry Wilkinson of SPS Technologies for meritorious service.
Nominees may be manufacturers, suppliers or end users, or from governmental and academic roles.
Nominees may have made significant contributions in standards, quality assurance, user-producer interfaces, education, publications, leadership, management or employee practices, government or industry relations or improvements in raw materials, tooling, machinery, lubricants, platings or detection of hydrogen embrittlement.
