ILS Sees Steady Profit on Sales Increase

Park-Ohio Holdings Corp. reported sales of its Integrated Logistics Solutions segment, including fasteners, grew 12.8% to $129.5 million, while income held steady at $8.27 million. ILS sales for the first six months of 2005 rose 115 to $256.4 million, while income dipped 5.7% to $16.47 million.
