Industrial Distribution School Set for March

The 21st year of the University of Industrial Distribution will be March 9-12, 2014, in Indianapolis.

Among the 34 sponsoring trade associations are the National Fastener Distributors Association and the Specialty Tools & Fasteners Distributors Association.

Topics include marketing strategy, pricing strategy, working smarter to reduce stress, competitive advantages and distinction, channel management, international market growth, differentiating your company, preparing for the 2020 workplace, strategic planning, improving the bottom line, cloud and mobile computing, acquisitions, cost savings, branch operations, sales performance, getting paid for service value, hiring salespeople, joint sales calls, value-added selling, personnel productivity, marketing plans, negotiation skills and inventory control.
