Developing and managing company growth, a state-of-the-industry panel, roundtables and an economic update are on the agenda for the 2021 autumn Southwestern Fastener Association and Pacific-West Fastener Association joint conference in San Antonio.

The joint conference will be October 20-23 at the Hilton Palacio del Rio.

Panelists Tim Roberto of Star Stainless Screw Co., Danielle Riggs, Würth Industry North America; and Mike Bailey, Nucor Fastener will be panelists on stainless steel and carbon fasteners and what distributors can expect from suppliers.

Dr. Barry Lawrence and Dr. Esther Rodriguez Silva of Texas A&M University’s Read Center for Distribution Research, will speak on developing company growth strategies.

Economist Christopher Thornberg will present a forecast of the U.S. economy, including handling the question, “How long will it take for businesses and the economy to recover?”

Attendees will participate in roundtable discussions on industry topics.
