Inside Sales/Customer Service Manager

Elgin Fastener Group, a multi-company, growth-oriented specialty fastener manufacturer based in Southeastern Indiana, is seeking an for their Cleveland, OH operations. Responsibilities include management of Inside Sales/Customer Service personnel, development and maintenance of accounts, and sales planning/projection. Experience with Epicor, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred.
