Invernizzi New Align Aerospace GM for Europe

Align Aerospace Holdings Inc. appointed Marc Invernizzi as general manager of Europe.

Invernizzi was director of aerospace business promotion for Nitto EMEA, subsidiary of Nitto, the Japanese polymer technology specialist, where he held sales, marketing and business development for 11 years.

Align CEO Jérôme de Truchis noted that Invernizzi “brings a proven aerospace and industry experience to drive profitable growth. I am confident that, under his leadership, Align Europe will continue its dramatic growth in the coming years.”

Invernizzi termed Align “a strong competitor in the aerospace hardware distribution marketplace” and observed that the “opportunities are tremendous.”

Align Aerospace, which has been operated under Anixter and Pentagon names, was acquired by AVIC International in 2015. Align Aerospace distributes aerospace fasteners and other hardware totaling 100,000 SKUs, primarily to OEMs and OEM suppliers from distribution centers in USA, France and China, and forward stocking locations around the world.
