Arlington Plating Company named Brian Isola vice president of sales. 

Previously Isola was director of sales and marketing for Chem-Plate Industries in Elk Grove, IL. His 30-year career also included sales roles with S&D Products, Chicago Anodizing Company and Pioneer Metal Finishing.

He has been active in the Industrial Fasteners Institute, National Association for Surface Finishing, Precision Machined Products Association and Precision Metalforming Association (PMA).
