Industrial Threaded Products Inc. acquired Construction Tool & Threading Co. for an undisclosed sum, Industrial Distribution reports.  CT&T’s team will be integrated with ITP.

ITP said the acquisition joins experienced and growing companies in the construction and industrial markets, according to Industrial Distribution.
