Olivier Jarrault is president of newly-formed Alcoa Fastening Systems. Jarrault is the former head of Fairchild Fasteners, which Alcoa Inc. bought in December 2002 for $657 million and combined with Huck International to form the new division. AFS is headquartered at 3000 W. Lomita Blvd., Torrance, CA 90505. AFS fasteners and aerospace products, including rivets and tools, are based in Torrance.
