Tom Feeney, who has led the company for the last 38 years, has agreed to join Lawson Products. Debra Feeney, who has helped lead the company as operations manager, will serve as a consultant through the transition.

During the first quarter of 2016, Lawson Products acquired Perfect Products Co. of Michigan. The acquisition adds four sales reps to Lawson’s sales team.

Founded in 1959, Perfect Products is a family-owned fastener, bolt, nut, clip and screw distribution company that offers supplies for domestic and imported vehicles. Web: perfectproductscompany.com

Q1 sales for Lawson Products declined 3.1% to $69.7 million, partially offset by continued growth in the Kent Automotive Division.
