Las Vegas Hotel, Exhibitor Furnishings Discount Deadlines During September
Discount deadlines for hotels and booth furnishings are during September for the National Industrial Fastener & Mill Supply Expo October 22-24, 2014, at the Sands Convention Center in Las Vegas.
• Official hotel rates: Discount deadlines vary from September 20 to 23. Show management’s official hotel offerings are the Venetian at $259 + $20 resort fee (Venetian was $219 last year) valid until Sept. 20; Treasure Island, $115 until Sept. 21; and Harrah’s $55 + $18 resort fee until Sept. 22.

Show general manager Susan Hurley reported 620 companies from 18 nations have booked 816 booths for 2014. Last year there were 609 companies with 794 booths. The booth record for NIFMSE’s 33-year history was 829 in 2007.
• Advance registration is $55 through October 16; and $65 from October 17 to onsite. Show management increased registration prices $5 this year. Online registration is available at FastenerShows.com
Conferences at the Sands and an opening reception at Treasure Island Hotel are on Wednesday, October 22 (reception directions: fastenershows.com/directions-to-the-welcome-reception/). The trade show is open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday.
