Michele Loudermilk announced Fastener Equipment Corporation will close at the end of 2021 and Asahi America Corporation will supply cold heading equipment parts and service.
In a letter to customers, she noted her husband, Lee Loudermilk, died in 2018. “He was so proud to have built this business and have it become a standard in the industry. His leadership and vision are sorely missed,” she wrote.
“Going forward all spare parts and machine service business for Asahi Sunac cold heading equipment in the USA, Canada and Mexico will be handled by Asahi America Corporation at Valparaiso, Indiana.”
