Lubker Heads MAFDA for 2011
Rick Lubker
Rick Lubker of Lubker Distribution is the new president of the Mid Atlantic Fastener Distributors Association.
Lubker announced MAFDA is revamping its website with industry-specific tools and a calendar of events.
Lubker succeeds co-presidents Lee Johnson of Lee Johnson Associates, and Chuck Halpin of Brighton Best International.
Vice presidents are: Tim Bozarth, Guidon Corp.; Bryan Michael, Brighton Best International; and John Pohlhaus, PM Fasteners. Barbara Traum of Brighton Best is treasurer.
Continuing board members are Bill Bankoske, All American Fasteners; Tricia Frey, Smith Associates; and David Myers, Coburn-Myers Fastening Systems; Johnson and Halpin.
Upcoming MAFDA programs include a representative symposium on April 7, 2011; the 6th annual MAFDA scholarship/golf outing, May 23; the continuing education series, September 23; and the annual meeting and holiday party, December 8.
