MacDermid Names Tello as Mexico Manager

MacDermid appointed Carlos Martinez Tello as manager for MacDermid Mexico.

Tello has 22 years experience in automotive and general industries in fixation and assembly elements, power transmission products, material handling and industrial forged tools in North America and Europe. His previous positions included applications engineer, project cost manager, sales manager, production manager, general director for Mexico, the U.S. and Canada.

The company was founded in 1922 by Archie MacDermid, who sold it to employees in 1959. Beginning in the 1960s MacDermid expanded from metal finishing into plating on plastics and electronics and globally into Europe and Asia.
