Assets of Ingersoll Fasteners will be auctioned October 12, 2011, in Canada.
 

The auction will be both online and onsite at 390 Thomas St., Ingersoll, Ontario. Inspection will be on Tuesday, October 11. Machines located in Marieville, Quebec may be inspected by appointment.

 

Machinery includes: 4 die and 3 die bolt formers/makers, 2 die/3blow cold headers thread rollers, hot forming machine, wire drawers, hydraulic hobbing presses, wire uncoilers, engine lathes, grinders, honing machines, milling machines, turbine generators, packaging systems and machine shop equipment.

 

Founded in 1887 under the name Morrow Screw & Nut Co. Ltd, Ingersoll was purchased by the Ivaco Corporation in the late 1960’s and moved to its present facility in the early 1970’s, which has undergone several expansions and now has a production floor space of 235,000 sq ft.  Web: Infasco.com/Ingersoll
