Fasteners were stolen from the Niger Bridge, the Vanguard News of Lagos reported.
A total of 1,680 pieces of iron bars, bolts and nuts were discovered missing by Setraco, a construction company starting a bridge rehabilitation.
Setraco project manager Jay Cosme told Vanguard reporter Austin Ogwuda that the company will weld bolts and nuts together “to avoid future vandalization.” \ �2005 FastenerNews.com
