“The acquisition of Metalform will enable us to expand our offering as a leading provider of engineered solutions in metal products for defense applications,” stated ATW president Peter Frost. “The technologies that will evolve out of ATW’s metal manufacturing expertise and Metalform’s defense market presence will take the combined companies to a new level of product offering and market penetration.”

Metalform’s key sales and operations personnel will be joining the new team to ensure that the business transition and manufacturing integration will be seamless to customers.
“Metalform will be joining a strong firearms and defense team with expertise in a variety of technologies, including precision CNC machining, Metal Injection Molding (MIM), laser cutting, precision metal tubing, and stamping,” said Tracy MacNeal, ATW’s director of business development.”
