M&M is headed by Eunice Hajek, who started with M&M as a part-time typist in 1982. She returned to M&M in 2014 and acquired the distributorship in 2016 from Sycamore Investment Inc.

Founded in 1977 by Mike Civita and Morten Jensen, it was sold to a Japanese company in the early 2000s.

Today M&M distributes fasteners and related products to aerospace and electronics industries, OEMs and MRO. M&M is ISO 9001:2015 and AS9120 RevB certified and a Certified Woman Owned Business.
