Motor City Industrial acquired Quality Fastener and Supply Co. for an undisclosed sum.

Founded in 1982, Oxford, MI-based Quality Fastener distributes industrial fasteners and ancillary products to blue-chip customers and local businesses.

In February, Motor City acquired South Charleston, WV-based Smith Fastener in partnership with its 3rd generation owner, Brian Smith. It was reportedly Motor City’s third acquisition.

Motor City, headquartered in the Detroit area, distributes specialty fasteners to manufacturers. Since 2017 Motor City has been headed by CEO Joe Stephens, who led the acquisition of EMCO, a Charlotte, NE-based distributor.
