The National Fastener Distributors Association and the Los Angeles Fastener Association will present traininhg programs at the April 21-22, 2003, Midwest Fastener Expo.
The 22nd annual Chicago Fastener Show, now part of the umbrella Midwest event, is hosted by the Chicago Bolt, Nut & Screw Association at the Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL, near Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport.
The new Midwest name for the overall event allows several associations to participate in related programs.
The NFDA and LAFA training programs will be on Monday and the Chicago trade show on Tuesday.
The past two years the Chicago show has been a tabletop. It returns to a full booth format this year and CBNSA reports 67 exhibitors have signed up thus far.
The NFDA will present its Train the Trainer seminar. It was designed to provide tools and perspective for those responsible for training fastener employees.
LAFA will present its Fastener Quality Assurance seminar as part of its Certified Fastener Specialist training.
