Multi-Tek Fastener & Parts Manufacturer Corp. is investing as much as NT$300 million (US$9.86 million) to establish a highly automated plant in Taiwan to expand capacity and efficiency, according to the Taipei Times.  The location has not been revealed.

Founded in 1993, Taiwan-based Multi-Tek handles manufacturing, rethreading, quality checking, repairing, surface treatment, repacking, and exporting screws, plugs, sockets, pipes, hubs, and other related products. The company also operates a fastener plant in the Philippines. Web: Multi-Tek.com.tw
