Jason Sandefur

Retired Cold Heading Co. president Carl Morath died August 27, 2008, at age 87. He became treasurer of the company in 1951. He retired in 1987.
Born February 20, 1921, in Feucht, Germany, he immigrated with his family to the U.S. at age 7.
He was a trustee of Madonna University.
Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Irene; 10 children; 28 grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and a brother in Germany.
