OBITUARY: James Mraz

James A. Mraz, 66, founder of Nova Machine Products Corporation in 1984, died June 10, 2012. Nova, which manufactures fasteners and nuclear hardware, received the Weatherhead 100 Award as the outstanding growth company in Northeastern Ohio and Weatherhead outstanding company four years in a row.

He was active in the Industrial Fasteners Institute, Nuclear Society and North Coast Fastener Association.

Survivors include his wife Joyce; daughters Denise Mraz and Irene Mraz; son James Mraz Jr.; and two grandchildren.
